Every Second

You know the saying "every second counts."  I've thought about that quote a lot lately during my days with Cole.

I've been working on a scrapbook for Cole.  It's been tough to stay up to date on it because I don't have as much time as I used to when I would make scrapbooks.  This past weekend I worked on it a bunch.  I have almost finished putting in pictures from our beach vacation in July.  I guess that's good.  I'm now only two months behind.  I'm hoping to get caught up in the next two weeks so that by the time the holidays 

roll around I won't be too far behind.  Anyway, as I was looking at pictures of Cole from even two months ago, I noticed how much he has changed.  It's amazing and sad at the same time.  I do miss when he was still all the time and I could just hold him for hours.  Now, he wants to play and move around a lot.  He's turning into his own little person.  He ge

ts really excited about certain things that he sees and then he also gets frustrated at things that he can't get to.  He's going through a very entertaining stage right now.

One of the things that he gets really excited about is being outside and swinging in his new swing in the backyard.  He loves it!  The first time that he got in it, he started laughing and giggling.  It's been fun.

 

  

Charlie and I love every second that we get to spend with Cole.  We are getting excited about all the fun things to come especially as the holidays approach us.
