Celebrating Halloween

Last weekend, we went out to breakfast with my parents at IHOP.  My mom's favorite holiday is Halloween and she always goes all out for it.  This year, she was going to be spending it in Pennsylvania because her goddaughter was getting married the day after.  Charlie and I decided to surprise my mom with an outfit that she bought for him to get her into the Halloween spirit.
