Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad

Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad!!  Tomorrow, August 15th, my parents will be celebrating 27 years of marriage.  Wow!!! That is not very common these days.

I love my parents so much.  They have always worked so hard to provide for my brother and I.   I never doubted their love for me.  They have always done everything that they could to keep us safe and secure.  Here is a list of reasons why they are awesome and why I love them (in no particular order)

1.  They love the Lord

2.  They make each other laugh

3.  They work hard

4.  They compromise

5.  They study God's word together

6.  They pray together.

7.  They pray for their children/family/new grand baby

8.  They do things for each other (mom cooks, dad brings flowers and rubs her feet)

9.  They know what the other person is thinking before speaking

10. They sacrifice for the ones they love

I could go on and on and on... They both are very special to me.  I like how they can get tickled about the smallest thing.  

Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad!  Here's to many, many more years together as a family.  We love you!
